• "Real Funds" — currency deposited directly by a Player via an approved payment method, distinct from Bonus Funds.

Any duplicate Accounts discovered will be suspended, all balances (Real and Bonus) forfeited, and the player may be permanently excluded from the platform.

3.3 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a current Pakistani contact number. sv66 is not responsible for any loss arising from incorrect contact details provided by a Player.

3.4 Account Verification. sv66 reserves the right to implement Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures at any time, including prior to the processing of any withdrawal. Requested verification documents must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the request, failing which the Account may be suspended.

4.1 Login Credentials. You are solely responsible for keeping your sv66 username and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with any third party, including family members. sv66 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

4.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify sv66 immediately by emailing [email protected]. You remain liable for all transactions made from your Account prior to sv66 receiving and acting on your notification.

4.3 Two-Factor Authentication. sv66 offers two-factor authentication (2FA) as an optional but strongly recommended security enhancement. Enabling 2FA substantially reduces the risk of unauthorised access to your Account.

4.4 Session Security. Always log out of your sv66 Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device. sv66 implements automatic session timeouts to reduce risk, but these do not replace your own security diligence.

5.1 Approved Payment Methods. sv66 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, and USDT BEP20. sv66 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit is 500 PKR (or equivalent in USDT at the prevailing conversion rate). There is no maximum deposit limit by default, though sv66 may apply account-level limits for security or regulatory compliance reasons.

5.3 Currency Conversion. Deposits made in USDT are converted to PKR at the live market rate at the time of confirmed receipt by sv66. No additional conversion fee is charged, though the live rate inherently includes a standard market spread.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are processed only to verified Accounts and to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to that method's withdrawal availability. sv66 targets withdrawal processing within one business day; however, third-party bank or mobile wallet processing times are outside sv66's control.

5.5 Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been met. Once requirements are satisfied, the bonus balance converts to withdrawable Real Funds up to the maximum bonus conversion limit specified in the relevant promotion terms.

5.6 Suspicious Transactions. sv66 monitors all deposits and withdrawals for signs of money laundering, fraud, or abuse. Suspicious transactions will be escalated to our compliance team, and the relevant Account may be suspended during investigation without prior notice.

6.1 Eligibility. sv66 promotions are available to verified, active Accounts unless specific promotions state otherwise. sv66 reserves the right to exclude any Account from any promotion at its sole discretion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion is explicitly stated as "no-wagering", all Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements. The specific wagering multiplier, qualifying games, and time limit for each promotion are published in the individual promotion terms at the time of offer.

6.3 Abuse Prevention. Players found to be exploiting promotions — including through the use of duplicate Accounts, coordinated group betting, or any systematic strategy designed to remove mathematical risk from a bonus — will have their bonuses voided and their Account reviewed for suspension.

6.4 Expiry. Bonus Funds and associated free spins expire if Wagering Requirements are not met within the time frame stated in the relevant promotion. Expired bonus balances are removed from the Account automatically and cannot be reinstated.

7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on sv66 is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface or on the relevant game information page. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules prevail for that game.

7.2 Bet Confirmation. All bets and wagers placed through sv66 are final once confirmed by the platform. sv66 is not obligated to void or amend any bet after confirmation unless the bet was placed due to a technical error attributable to sv66.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game, market, and Account standing. Current limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market interface.

7.4 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction that results in a game interruption, sv66 will apply its standard game recovery procedures. sv66 is not liable for the outcome of a game where a malfunction materially affected the result; affected stakes may be refunded at sv66's discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sv66 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or via a proxy.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to fix game outcomes.

12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sv66's total liability to any Player in connection with the Services — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 sv66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits sv66's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

14.1 Closure by Player. You may close your sv66 Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon valid closure, any Real Funds balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.

14.2 Suspension or Closure by sv66. sv66 may suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) sv66 has reason to believe your Account is being used for fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; (c) you are under 18 years of age; or (d) continued operation of your Account would expose sv66 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

14.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your licence to use the sv66 platform is immediately revoked. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination — including Clauses 8, 10, 12, and 15 — shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of online gaming services in the jurisdiction in which sv66 is registered. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

In the event of any conflict between the English text of these Terms and any translation, the English language version shall prevail in all respects.
